GAG is a multi-layer co-extruded material for thermoforming and blister packaging.

It has a three-layer PETG-APET-PETG sandwich structure.

The PETG outer layers provide excellent formability and heat sealability, while the APET core delivers rigidity and cost efficiency.

GAG offers crystal-clear transparency, deep-draw thermoforming without cracking, and good impact resistance.

It can be RF welded, heat sealed, printed, and cold bent without whitening.

It is also FDA compliant and recyclable.

Applications include food trays, medical blister packs, electronics packaging, cosmetic inserts, folding boxes, and stationery.

Thickness: 0.15mm–3.0mm. Roll width customizable.
