What is the correct bonding method for PVC pipe fittings?

1. Before bonding the pipe fittings, wipe the socket side on the outside with a dry cloth. When there is oil on the surface, wipe it with acetone.

2. The cross-section of the pipeline should be flat chamfered perpendicular to the pipeline axis; The insertion mark should be drawn the trial insertion should be carried out before bonding. The trial insertion depth can only reach 1/3/2 of the original depth. When the gap is too large, it is strictly prohibited to use bonding methods.

3. When applying adhesive, first apply the inside of the socket, then apply the outside of the socket. When putting on the socket, apply an appropriate amount evenly along the axial direction inside to outside. Don't miss out on excessive spreading (200g/m2).

4. After gluing, the applied external force should be kept constant for 1 minute to maintain the correct straightness position of the interface.

5. After bonding is completed, promptly wipe off excess adhesive apply force during the curing process.

6. Adhesive joints should be constructed in rainwater operated below 5 ℃.
