1. Food packaging: Balancing display and safety

This is the largest application area of PS film. BOPS film is mostly used for transparent windows of baking pastry boxes, breathing packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables, twisted packaging of candies and chocolates, yogurt cup cover films, disposable meal box windows, etc. It can clearly display food while meeting food contact safety requirements. Moderate breathability can also extend the shelf life of fresh food.

2. Label printing: combining color and stiffness

The shrink label of beverage bottle body, food adhesive label, and logistics label surface material use a large amount of PS film. Its excellent printing performance can achieve fine graphic and color reproduction, and its high stiffness makes high-speed labeling smoother, less prone to wrinkling and misalignment, and suitable for high-speed production on automated production lines.

3. Stationery and Packaging Printing

Transparent windows for file bags, archive bags, photo albums, window patches for gift boxes, mooncake boxes, envelope window films, etc., commonly use PS film. It is firm, flat, highly transparent, and not easily yellowed or deformed after long-term use. Its cost is better than PET film, making it a cost-effective choice for the stationery and packaging industry.

4. Electronic and Electrical: Insulation and High Frequency Adaptation

PS film has extremely low dielectric loss and stable electrical performance at high frequencies, and is commonly used in high-frequency capacitor dielectrics, electronic component insulation gaskets, circuit board protective films, and other scenarios. Anti static PS film can also be used for packaging electronic components to avoid damage to sensitive devices caused by static electricity.

5. Packaging for pharmaceuticals and daily necessities

PS film is also commonly used for the outer packaging of disposable medical consumables, the covering film of drug blister packaging, and the sealing film of cosmetic hoses. It is non-toxic, odorless, easy to print, and has good formability, which can meet the hygiene and labeling requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
